Ikenna, an investment promotions professional, has broad executive level experience as strategist, practitioner and consultant in the development and implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects. He builds and manages relationships with stakeholders involved in investment projects. He has supported companies in all phases of the investment program, including negotiation, structuring, licensing, implementation and corporate governance.
